Software License Terms

1. License grant

Subject to the active subscription and compliance with applicable agreements, the provider grants the hotel a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the software only for its internal hotel business purposes.

2. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. The provider and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, source code, visual design, workflows, names, logos, know-how, and documentation.

3. Restrictions

The hotel may not copy, modify, translate, distribute, lease, sublicense, resell, white-label, frame, mirror, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the software except to the limited extent such restriction is not permitted by applicable law.

4. Authorized users

The hotel may permit only its authorized personnel to use the software under its account. The hotel is responsible for all actions taken through its accounts, tokens, devices, and user credentials.

5. Reservation of rights

Any right not expressly granted in this EULA is reserved by the provider.

6. Term and termination

This license continues only while the subscription remains active and the hotel complies with all applicable agreements. The license automatically terminates if the subscription ends, access is suspended, or the hotel breaches the governing legal documents.

7. Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, the software is provided on an as-available basis. The provider disclaims implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
