Platform Terms and Conditions
Effective date: July 16, 2026
1. Acceptable use
Users must access and use the software only for legitimate hotel operations, guest records, staff records, lawful compliance workflows, and permitted internal reporting. Users must not use the platform for unlawful surveillance, harassment, fraud, unauthorized access, security testing without approval, resale abuse, or any activity that violates applicable law.
2. Hotel responsibilities
Hotels are responsible for protecting devices, credentials, tokens, and user access; maintaining accurate hotel profile data; ensuring lawful data collection; training their staff on proper use; and verifying that guest and staff records entered into the system are correct and authorized.
3. User responsibilities
Users must keep login credentials confidential, avoid sharing access without authorization, report suspected misuse promptly, and not attempt to copy, interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt any part of the software or related infrastructure.
4. Intellectual property
The software, branding, workflows, interface design, source code, reports format, and supporting documentation remain the intellectual property of the provider or its licensors. No rights are transferred except the limited rights expressly granted under the subscription and EULA.
5. Service changes
The provider may improve, modify, restrict, replace, or discontinue features, integrations, or support models from time to time for legal, operational, technical, or product reasons, including security and platform maintenance.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, business interruption, loss of use, loss of profits, or loss arising from third-party failures, hotel misuse, inaccurate inputs, connectivity problems, or unauthorized access caused by compromised user credentials.
7. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
8. Dispute resolution
The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the courts having competent jurisdiction in Maharashtra, India, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
9. Suspension and enforcement
The provider may investigate misuse and may suspend access or take other appropriate steps if the platform is used in breach of these terms, security requirements, or applicable law.
